About This Book
This significant research project, the first of its kind, was conducted to learn more in depth about Jewish youth--about the backgrounds, needs, values, and vocational goals of Jewish young people. It is hoped that the material gathered will be of interest not only to people working with Jewish youth, but with all youngsters. The results may also serve as a blueprint for future research and publications, as well as more clearly defining the group guidance and individual counseling services offered by the B'nai B'rith Vocational Service. This study was possible because of the tremendous devotion of hundreds of energetic B'nai B'rith Women members from all parts of the United States whose time, effort, and financial support brought the project to a successful conclusion.
