This fascinating book relates the author's experiences with past life regression, giving easily-read transcripts and accounts of regression sessions with himself and various other people, which give information that helps the people to understand events, relationships and happenings in their present lives. It has a Q and A section about (his perspective on) reincarnation. You can learn so much from your past lives! Getting in touch with past lives can help you a lot in this lifetime! He gives some ways people do so. He leaves out meditation in the suggestions area, but does mention a person who self-regresses, which is quite possible to do (with Divine help and protection). The ideas that permeate the book and come through the stories of the people being regressed help you understand about the life of the spirit, on earth and beyond.
