About This Book

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change assesses the effects of man-made carbon dioxide on the environment, and concludes that anthropogenic CO2 is responsible for most of the 20th century's warming.
There is also notice taken that the change in temperature over the last 100 years before the assessment was made is completely explainable by natural variation.
