Proceedings of the general meeting of stockholders of the North Carolina Rail Road Company, at Greensboro', July 10, 1851

At this meeting of stockholders, the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Railroad Company describes the organization of the workers and the survey of the land that will be used for the routes. The Chief Engineer's report follows, giving a detailed cost estimate and listing the names of engineers employed on the project. Finally, the by-laws are amended and revised.
