Having taught in design studios at the AA, London, Harvard GSD and Columbia University's School of Architecture, Peter Prangnell joined the Faculty of the University of Toronto's Department of Architecture in 1967. He recalls his experience introducing a new B.Arch. curriculum. Illustrated with many examples of students' projects, this account of an experiment in professional education comes at a time of renewed interest in progressive education and the student movements of the '60-'70s.
