I can't comment specifically. This is a Ag bulletin published by the Oregon State Farm Bureau and Oregon State. The author was a professor of Landscape Architecture at OSU and the University of Oregon. He was involved in important local land use planning and there is a public performance space named for him, Cuthbert Amphitheater. I own another Bulletin Training for Farming with some interesting items and photos. This period brought modern industrial and domestic planning to farming including time and motion studies as well as new strains of crops.
