Mkhaʼ mthaʼi smug sprin

Story of two families, Khyung-tsha tsho pa of Gser-lung grassland and Gʹyang-sde tsho pa of Gʹyang-lung grassland. In the beginning both the families have very good relation but later on due to disputes on lands, they became hostile. The novel includes the childhood love story of Thob-rgyal, son of Ye-shes-rin-chen, the leader of Khyung-tsha tsho pa and Tshe-mtsho, daughter of Gʹyang-sde tsho pa. The novel portrays social conditions and customs of Tibetans as well as land disputes at nomadic areas in Tibet in general.
