Imperial, 'America's most distinguished theatre', Feuer & Martin present Hildegarde Neff, Don Ameche, in the new musical comedy "Silk Stockings," music and lyrics by Cole Porter, book by George S. Kaufman, Leueen Macgrath and Abe Burrows (suggested by "Ninotchka" by Melchior Lengyel), with Gretchen Wyler and George Tobias and Leon Belasco, Henry Lascoe, David Opatoshu, Philip Sterling, settings and lighting by Jo Mielziner, costumes designed by Lucinda Ballard, additional costumes by Robert Mackintosh, musical direction & vocal arrangements by Herbert Greene, orchestrations by Don Walker, dances and musical numbers staged by Eugene Loring, directed by Cy Feuer.
