The Christology of Theodore of Tarsus

This is a book about the life and thought of Theodore of Tarsus, especially as it is discernible from one work in particular: the Laterculus Malalianus. The Laterculus Malalianus is a 7th century chronicle text based on the work of John Malalas, yet whose primary interest is in expounding on the nature of Christ's work. It does so by drawing significantly on the theology of Irenaeus, as well as the language of Ephrem the Syrian.
