God and the Blood of Jesus Christ

Under the Old Covenant when the nation of Israel committed sin before God, a special sin offering of blood had to be offered. Likewise, under the New Covenant, when we as a church are guilty of sin, we, too, by faith, must lay hold of Christ’s resurrected, glorified Blood. Christ has made different provisions of His omnipresent Blood for our iniquities, transgressions, sins, and trespasses.
