Barranquilla 1992) was a Basque architect and Claretian missionary-priest who left behind an important architectural legacy in Colombia, particularly in the Department of Choc and the cities of Barranquilla and Medellín. Architect and urban historian González Escobar presents a brief biography highlighting the architectural accomplishments of this celebrated architect-constructer who created his most prominent works between 1942 and 1945.
