Very early (1922) radio hobbyist book covering basic theory and construction details per the title. Covers the building of two sets, one for grammer and high school grades. The other for those with woodworking tool equipment. Both crystal and tube detectors are utilized. Detailed plans include construction of a loose coupler and a mahogany variometer. Even includes details on how to make your own fixed condenser out of waxed paper and tin foil! A must have for the early radio collector.
