About This Book

'The Lapis' is an interpretation of a dream of a Lapis Lazuli stone monument with a figure incised in the stone. I was surprised myself by it. I never knew what a philosopher's stone looked like. The diagrams, pictures and text show the contradictions between the experience of an inner image and the optical illusions of visual representation. The diagrams and text are concerned with art, optics, and gravitational centers of mind-energy in connection with world-views.
