Kto odzyska Plac Defilad?

Empty space in the middle of the city is both a burden, a challenge, as well as a chance. Warsaw has been trying to permanently develop Plac Defilad for almost 30 years. The history of the place and ideas for the future were to topic of Warsaw in Construction 9 festival, which took place in the autumn of 2017. The book contains descriptions of exhibitions, interviews and studies from architectural, historical, anthropological and sociological perspectives.
