This story about betrayal, vengeance, and forgiveness is set in the literary world of New York City. Aleks Kraft has a very successful career as a writer, and enjoys the good life in his luxury house in Manhattan. His life starts to unravel when his best friend, Maks Laskowski, visits him from Poland and the two friends become rivals.
