Papers from a seminar at the V. M. Korets'kiÿ Institute of the State and Law, Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences, in cooperation with representatives from the European Union on adapting Ukrainian energy legislation to conform to the laws of the EU. The papers concern problems and prospects for modifying Ukrainian energy legislation, specifically nuclear power, coal, electricity, oil production and refining issues and the integration of the Ukrainian fuel and energy complex with the energy sector of the EU.
