La construcción judicial de la democracia en México

Interdisciplinary analysis of role played by Mexico's judicial branch (supreme court and electoral tribunal) in two crucial aspects of democratization process. Based on selected judicial cases, author identifies contradictions and shortfalls of arguments by constitutional judges, and main theoretic positions that sustain concept of democracy.
