Claesson Koivisto Rune

Swedish architecture and design courses, helped form networks and contacts within a short space of time that reached far beyond the boarders of Sweden. It was right in the middle of this phenomenon that Claesson Koivisto Rune started their office and they were quickly to become the media's favourites. Their early projects were characterized by a refinement and a simplicity that produced extremely powerfull images. To foreign eyes, the projects appeared somewhat exotic, Nordic and close to nature. Claesson Koivisto Rune became one of the most important offices when a collective image of what modern interiors should like began to emerge in the media.
