THE AIM OF THE WORK

This work has two objects:

A) to render possible in the minimum of time the methodical acquirement of the ordinary vocabulary of the French language from the point of view both of the ready comprehension of all documents couched in everyday terins and of the easy manipulation of the language itself, whether spoken or written;

B) to supply the means of manipulating any subject in this language with equal width and precision.
