Profesiĭna kulʹtura i︠u︡rysta

An investigation of the problems associated with the formation of a legal professional culture in the context of present-day philosophical and legal doctrine. Professional culture, legal ethics, and legal deontology are examined in general and specific terms. It is emphasized that the dialog of cultures constitutes the philosophical/humanistic foundation of juridical activity and reciprocity between Ukrainian and international law, which is being realized with Ukraine's entry into the Council of Europe.
