"This book unveils an innovative plan to end unemployment and poverty in America through the introduction and implementation of new community structures intentionally designed and constructed to improve and restore viable grass root communities throughout America. The plan allows core American values to be operationalized in the process of putting millions of Americans to work in a new class of highly valued and important jobs. It expands the available sectors of work from two to three, while simultaneously enhancing real or participatory democracy.
