UNICODE (ISR66) ~ is the very substance of what was meant from the >Wiener Kreis< for to know. In the last version there are several notes to the code sequences. The real construction of code-sequence is very unknow und misunderstood. The Code works..., but the usage had to be very carefull, because of unification.
