Mischief at midnight

After summer break Anastastia and Edie are back at their boarding school, Knight's Haddon, but the friendship they forged last year is threatened by the arrival of a new girl, Janet, who befriends the orphaned Edie--but when Edie begins to think that Janet may not be exactly what she seems to be, events take a dangerous turn.
