The Inuit and Their Land

This book tells the story of the Inuit, their land, and their long struggle for self-government. It explores the difficulties that must be overcome before the new territory (Nunavut, the eastern part of the present Northwest Territories) can become a reality and discusses the pros and cons of a land claim settlement.
