Konstitut͡s︡ii͡a︡ Rossiĭskoĭ Federat͡s︡ii

An annotated draft of the constitution of the Russian Federation published after a few months of work by the Constitutional Commission of the RSFSR. In order to make the work of the commission transparent, an official publication "Konstitutsionnyi vestnik" (Constitutional Herald) was to be issued regularly. Because of the limited print runs of that periodical, which was intended for members of parliament and legal specialists, the Constitutional Commission together with the editors of the independent newspaper of Krasnoiarsk district "Svoi golos" (Our Own Voice) decided to reissue for a much wider circle of readers articles from "Konstitutsionnyi vestnik" along with the draft.
