Angel or not?

Angel, the youngest of four children in the Hennessey family, has looked forward to the start of 4th grade all summer long. But school has not gotten off to a great start-- she didn't get the teacher she wanted, people near her are getting injured, and a bully for Angel's past is way too close for comfort. What's an angel to do?
