Los itinerarios de la imagen

Conference papers comprising of 20 contributions presented during the symposium "Los itinerarios de la imagen" held in 2007 in UNAM . The conference theme was centered around the study of the image and its multiple facets (ritual and cultural practices and media transmissions) through and archaeological analysis to discover the fine changes and transformations when it is converted into a visual object, based on the different situations, experiences and appropriation actions generated around it.
