This book recalls the emergence and development of three neighborhoods north of the city of Santa Fe in spaces that were previously Quintas or brick factories with kilns, and the gradual emergence in the thirties, of houses in vacant lots for families of workers, mostly related to the railroads, of electrical services and of public lighting. The objective of this research proposes the development and design of a study urban area of the city of Santa Fe.
