Fireboats

Fires just don t occur on land, but fire engines can t travel over the sea. Fire boats meet the need of fire protection on water, and kids will be interested to learn how they pump water directly from the sea in order to save vessels and prevent widespread damage. Kids will also learn that fire boats do more than put out fires; they can serve as rescue boats and ambulances.
