South Asian Strategic Stability Unit

Established in 2004, at the Department of Peace Studies, University of Bradford, UK, SASSU produces academic and policy-orientated research relating to the South Asian security problematic. Its remit is to contribute in both academic and policy communities to the understanding of strategic stability in South Asia and to promote innovative ideas to reduce tensions and build co-operation and trust in the area of weapons of mass destruction.
