Paperback booklet with cream-colored covers stapled with two staples into the left edge. The front cover says, "First Decade, 1929 - 1939" at the right top. Then the title "Trinity Lutheran Church" is written in a cursive font, has lines above and below it, and is much bigger than the other words. There is also a vertical line that runs behind the word "Trinity", from top to bottom. Underneath the title it says, "Astoria Oregon." The back cover has a full page add for Owl Drug Store.
