Reproduces records from the decimal file of the U.S. Dept. of State, 1910-29, that concern the political relations of Mexico and nations other than the United States. Included are instructions to and despatches from our diplomatic and consular officials in Mexico and in other states. Most of the records reproduced concern efforts made by the Mexican government to expand its influence in and improve its relations with countries in Central and South America, and in the Caribbean.
