What of the Night?

Celebrated as dramatist and director, Maria Irene Fornes has written over forty plays, musicals, and adaptations, including Fefu and her Friends, Mud, Promenade, The Conduct of Life, and Letters from Cuba. Featured in this volme are: Abingdon Square, What of the Night?, Enter THE NIGHT, and The Summer in Gossensass. At INTAR, Hispanic American Arts Center, she created the influential Hispanic Playwrights Lab. Her work has been honored with nine Obie Awards. -- from back cover.
