Predominately white porcelain figure of Staffordshire origin, depicting John Wesley, a founder of Methodism, in full-length cassock with shoes painted black, tinted face, hair, hands, and open book held up in both hands, and bright gold trim at collar, on sleeves openings and inserted into indented capitals forming title at front of base.
