About This Book

This book starts of as a sad day. Then, it transforms into a happy life, with romance involved. A 'foreign - bred banker has designs on a miller', as the banker puts it. With this, there is a climax. Rosellen Miller feels happy to have a brother, and they are always pleasant. However, Randall Woodstone and Charlotte Miller's relationship deteriorates. By the time Charlotte gives birth to a child, Randall tells her that she is hiding things from him, and he knows. She wouldn't tell, so this part becomes an anticlimax. Here, we are nearing the end of the book.
The way this book ends, I think that, to not make it feel like an anticlimax, there should be sequel. How does saying 'sorry' suffice for hurting their husband's feelings? In the sequel, Charlotte should make up for all of it. Yes, Randall hid things, too, but Charlotte went too far.
