As part of the centennary of the creation of the Red Army, the Archive of the President of the Russian Federation has prepared this two-volume edition of the archives devoted to the reform of the Red Army in 1920-1930 and the reorganization of the Soviet armed forces in the post-war period up to 1966. This work is part of a series of publications published 2007-2015.
