The World's Great Madonnas

As the subtitle describes, it is an anthology or art, music, prose and poetry concerning Mary and Jesus. Each piece of art is accompanied by a few paragraphs of history and interpretation, as are many of the song, carols and poems.

All of the art (except the front-piece) is in black and white.
