Harmony with the Movement of the Universe

This book presents a collection of writings on Aikido and Yoga to students that are at an introductory level. It allows the students an opportunity to learn about the history, philosophy, and purpose of Aikido and Yoga as components of the science of kinesiology. In passing Assembly Bill 1725 and Title 5 of the California Education Code, the California State Legislature requires that all classes taught in the Community Colleges of the State of California must have a written component. This book satisfies that requirement for Aikido and Yoga within the Department of Kinesiology.
