The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, The Alliance for Arts Education, present the American Theatre Festival VIII, produced by the American Theatre Association, sponsored by Amoco Oil Company, Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Temple University Theatre presents "Moby Dick--Rehearsed," a drama in two acts by Orson Welles, being an adaptation, for the most part in blank verse, of the novel by Herman Melville, director Dugald MacArthur, scenery and lighting designer Daniel P. Boylen, costume designer Neil Bierbower, sound Charles L. Cohen, musical direction, composition, and adaptation Cathryn F. Ufema, production stage manager Kathleen McHugh, assistant stage manager Lynn Olive, technical director William Hotaling, assistant set designer David Ferguson, assistant costume designer James Guenther, stage voice coach Robert Chapine.
