The ceramics of Larry Murphy

Larry Murphy was a potter in Moraga, California during the early 1970's and defined the California potting scene at the time. He worked out of a shop in the historic Moraga Ranch. Very few pieces of his original pottery exist, are highly prized and are usually marked with his M stamp that looks like an Omega mark. Larry Murphy's pieces however are not always marked.
