Bobbili katha

Electronic copy of the manuscript ("Bobbili Katha," Telugu MS no. 2550) found in the Government Oriental Manuscripts Library (Tamil Nadu, India). The manuscript is a transcription of the poem as recited in 1832 by a minstrel named Mallésam at the request of Charles Philip Brown, a scholar collecting Telugu poetry. The poem's subject is the Battle of Bobbili (1757).
