About This Book
Reynaldo Luza (b. Peru 1893-1978), master artist of international fame, was an emblematic figure within the understanding of modern art in Peru, as he developed his talent in the fields of fashion design (Illustrator of fashion in the New York of the 1920s), illustration (was the main illustrator of "Harper's Bazaar", from 1923 to 1950), academic (portrait and landscape) painting and photography which earned him to be one of the artists most sought by magazines such as "Vogue" and "Vanity Fair". The present retrospective includes important selections of these four lines of his creative production.
