British voices from South Asia

Presents the electronic version of "British Voices From South Asia," an exhibition that was held at the Hill Memorial Library of Louisiana State University (LSU) from April 8 through August 6, 1996. Depicts India as a colony under the rule of Britain and its empire, and discusses some of the cultural implications of the British-Indian connection. Includes text, photographs, and transcripts of taped interviews with British people who had lived and worked in pre-independence India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.
