Healthy, family-friendly recipes from Disney Channel's Pass the Plate are placed in one book as part of YMCA's Healthy Kids Day 2008 (on April 12th, 2008). It features recipes from around the world, including 8 of the 10 countries featured on Disney Channel's Pass the Plate series. YMCA Activate America brought together YMCA's Healthy Kids Day 2008.
