Alli, a librarian in her 30s, shares typewritten updates regarding her life including finishing her book and finding a publisher, an excerpt from her book about Alli's mother--for whom the book is dedicated--to playing derby, and her daughters entering a new school, experiencing tough friendships, and building resilience. Alli also shares a list of books that she read this year on the back page of the zine.
