Del barroco al rococó

The first part of the book is a history of male and female fashion in Europe, particularly France, during the baroque and rococo periods as displayed in different art manifestations, focusing on the two most distinctive garments established by the French royal fashion: the lace collar and embroidered silk fabrics. The second half of the book is devoted to the European influence in colonial Buenos Aires fashion.
