Discusses their history from the 17th century - on the political, social, and economic levels - focusing on the USA and South Africa. Deals, as well, with relations between Israel and African countries. Pp. 241-292 deal with Jews and Blacks in the USA, their alliances, and the development of Black antisemitism since the 1960s. Asserts that the traditional Black-Jewish alliance is stronger than antisemitism.
