Biography
<b>Ralph A. Hanson</b> (b. 1940) is an expert on educational measurement and assessment. He is the author and coauthor of numerous texts on education, including <i>Empowering the Second-Language Classroom: Putting the Parts Together</i> (1997). He holds a bachelor's degree from <a href="http://shimer.edu">Shimer College</a> and a doctorate in education from the University of Chicago, where he did his dissertation on the development of verbal intelligence.
