Allecyn A. G. Howard

Allecyn Howard is an educational equity leader whose life mission is to create physically, emotionally, and intellectually safe spaces for people to thrive. As a wife, mother, and school advocate, Allecyn supports individuals and organizations, in both her present and past communities, as a thought leader, assisting in the creation of equitable schools for all. As a Black queer woman, Allecyn seeks opportunities to partner with members of marginalized groups to uplift their individuality and dismantle the notion that she and others who hold similar identities are all the same.

Allecyn's authenticity has always been her superpower. She believes that by showing up as her full self to every space she enters gives others permission to do the same.
