Biography
John worked for almost 40 years with the law firm of Hickey & Evans, where he first began practicing law upon graduation from law school in 1984. His practice areas include probate, local government law and a trial practice. In February of 2023, he became a co-founding member of Walker Law with his son Robert. He has a Martindale AV rating and has been selected to Super Lawyers.
John is married and has seven children and twenty-two grandchildren. He enjoys Wyoming’s rugged outdoors and is an avid hunter, fisherman and photographer, and he also enjoys scuba diving. He has authored two novels, *Pioneer Parables* and *Varmint Hunter*. John also writes a regular op-ed column for the Wyoming Tribune Eagle, which is Wyoming’s second largest newspaper.
